I'm someone that has had many years experience with cars needing repair. The 2009 Prius has some unusual challenges that many mechanics have insufficient experience to repair, and if they do, they over-charge for exaggerated diagnoses of repairs needed. Toyota failed to notify us of a recall on instrument cluster years back, but I'm grateful that this needed repair, out of my pocketbook, was solved by Wes and his team, that now served as a link to the best auto repair around! Their excellent communication,( which is rare in this industry), their kindness, and humor, along with talent, gives me peace of mind for future repairs. What a Silver Lining!
